Here is some fun news that came from BBC America earlier today. For awhile now we’ve heard about a series of planned monthly specials that would be delving into each Doctor over an 11-month span, leading into the 50th Anniversary. We have our first piece of news on this topic and it looks like we’ll be getting a special in just two days! On top of that they’ll be showing a classic 1st Doctor episode: The Aztecs.
I make no promises, but maybe we’ll be able to get our team together Sunday night to do a little After Who to discuss a classic episode; the first one for some of us.
The Doctor Who 50th Anniversary Celebration begins on January 27th at 9PM/8c on BBC America with the Doctor Who: The Doctors Revisited special. This all leads into a classic Doctor Who episode featuring the 1st Doctor, William Hartnell.
