It is the time of the week in which we unload our thoughts and possibly theories about another week in Doctor Who. This week we take a look at last night’s Rings of Akhaten, which I personally find impossible to pronounce for some reason.
First off, slight — and by slight I mean huge mistake last night. Somehow we got it into our heads that the series 1 episode, Father’s Day took place in 1981 and came up with this theory linking last night’s episode to it.
This. Is. Wrong!
The episode in fact took place in 1987, which means we’re idiots. Simple as that. Mock us as you please; we deserve it. Damn would that have been something interesting though.
Otherwise, find out our thoughts in this 35-or-so minute podcast.
